Big Plant is a coordinated regional initiative that aims to transform the Milwaukee River Basin into a greener, healthier community by empowering residents to plant trees that enhance stormwater management. By reducing barriers to small-scale and residential tree planting, this program will enable impactful environmental stewardship that benefits both neighborhoods and waterways.
