Bog Birch
Bog Birch (Betula pumila), also known as swamp birch, isn’t your typical birch. Unlike other birch trees, this short tree has multiple stems that shoot out from ground levels, giving it a more shrubby appearance. This tree grows best in rain gardens and wet low lying areas.
